Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

Jackpot Dice is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. The game displays three types of ads:

To serve relevant advertisements, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain device information. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by HexLume Games. The types of data AdMob may collect include:

🆔 Advertising Identifiers

Google Advertising ID (GAID) — a resettable, anonymous identifier used for ad personalization. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your Android settings under Google → Ads.

📡 Network Information

IP address (used for approximate geolocation for ad targeting), connection type, and device network status.

📲 Device Information

Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language, and time zone — used to serve compatible ad formats.

📊 Ad Interaction Data

Whether an ad was shown, viewed, or clicked. This data is used by Google to measure ad performance and improve ad relevance.

⚙️
Opt Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time by opening your Android device's Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Ads may still be displayed, but they will not be personalized to your interests.
5

Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are integrated into Jackpot Dice. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they collect and process data.

Google AdMob

Advertising platform that serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data to serve and measure advertisements.

Data Sharing

HexLume Games does not sell, trade, or rent any personal information — because we do not collect any. The only data sharing that occurs is between your device and Google's advertising infrastructure as described in Section 4.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, protect the rights or property of HexLume Games, or prevent harm to users or the public.

💰
We do not sell your data. HexLume Games has not sold, and does not sell, personal information to any third party, as defined under the CCPA or any other applicable privacy regulation.
7

Children's Privacy

Jackpot Dice: Roll & Score is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country). The game is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the game is supported by Google AdMob, which may use the Advertising ID for ad personalization, we have not designated this app as a child-directed application under COPPA. Google Play's content rating for this application reflects this age restriction.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has used the application, please contact us at hexlume.games@gmail.com. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that any locally stored data is removed and that the device's advertising identifier is not used for targeted advertising.

👨‍👧
Parental controls: If you wish to prevent children from accessing this application, we recommend using Android's Parental Controls features or Google Play's Family Link service to restrict app usage.
8

As stated in Section 6, we do not sell personal information.

9

Security

HexLume Games takes the security of your information seriously. Since all game data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to our servers, the primary security of your game data depends on your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

Google AdMob employs industry-standard security measures for the advertising data it collects. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. For any security concerns related to Google's services, please refer to Google's Security & Privacy policies.

We encourage you to keep your Android operating system and the Jackpot Dice application updated to benefit from the latest security improvements.
